Free History Tuition Trial Lesson

Every single student here at Herzen has had a 30min free trial lesson 1 to 1 with their tutor.

We believe strongly that the free trial class is the single most important lesson a student can have with us. We don’t want situations where students are too eager to start studying and try to cram a lot of information right from the get-go. This usually damages their writing technique, making them used to poor wording which is more difficult to unlearn later.

The trial will enable us to have a proper, honest chat about where the weaknesses in students’ papers are. It gives us an opportunity to know them and give them a sense of what needs to be done, so that we are all on the same page and clear about expectations before the class even begins. It also helps us to understand students’ learning style and how they absorb information.
